Never Ending

Since yesterday was Jason and I's day off he decided to surprise me and take me on a little get away!
Although everything didn't go as planned it was still a blast!
We were on our way out of town and drove past one a Jason's friends house so we picked him up and brought him along for the ride!
We headed up to Snoqualmie Pass to go tubing and play in the snow!
The line was outrageous!
There was no way I was going to pay money to stand in line for three hours and get to go down the bunny hill once!
NO WAY!
Jason had the bright idea to head to Seattle for dinner!
Since we were exactly dressed for the occasion we stopped in North Bend and picked up a new outfit!
(:
Then we made the short drive to Seattle's downtown.
We decided on a fun place..
Gameworks!
For those of you who have never been..
It's like never ending fun!
It's a huge arcade for big kids!
But it is still kid friendly..
You pay to put points on a card and you go around swiping the card at the games you want to play!

So much fun!
We ended up eating there too.
It was really good food!
Jason won me a giraffe....
ADORABLE!
After that we hopped across the street to the
CHESSECAKE FACTORY!
Yummm....
Just couldn't help myself! I had to take a few bites on the way home!
The guys stopped at Legends Casino for a little bit and we were home by 11pm!
And now were  back to reality today..
Jason at work at 4am-8pm today
and I'm at home cleaning up from our fun till work at 5pm!

I love days off (:

Christmas

Christmas has come and gone! It's so sad! Everything we looked forward to all year!
Well! Only 363 days left!
Jason and I did a little bit of last minute grab and go shopping at Costco and as tradition states..
I get the honor of having these given to me (:
Aren't they gorgeous!

Christmas Eve
So because we got the privilege of having two Christmas's this year we planned out that we would spend Christmas Eve with Jason's dad Joe!
So we got all of our snacks together...

And lucky enough this what we came up with! Man was it delicious!
We started digging in when Joe said we have to run to the store to grab one more gift..
Jason and I look at each other puzzled and say Okay?
So we all pile into the tahoe and head for Kennewick.
We end up at Lowe's and start getting this huge box moved into the tahoe!
It was a grill! Not just any old grill!
A Char-Broil 4 burner Commercial series propane grill!
Jason was so excited!
Joe said the only condition is that when he comes to town and comes for dinner we're grilling!
We happily agreed (:
As we moved on to eat Jason had made Ham & we had the good old fashioned dinner.
We decided it was getting late so it was time to open presents!
We thought it would be a good idea to get Joe a vacuum.
A robotic vacuum that it (:
For those of you who don't know Joe is the Lieutenant at Coyote Ridge Prison.
So he works nights so we thought it'd be a good idea to give him something that could clean the house while he was asleep during the day!
Yay us!
Anyways, Joe ended up buying me an awesome camera so I can take video and pictures all the time now! And Jason got to open the grill cover!
Since Joe had to head to work we sent him off with dinner leftovers.
We decided that it would just be better to open presents now than earlier in the morning because we had to get stuff ready for Christmas Day at the McGarys!

Of course Jason makes me go first.
This guy is amazing. It's ridiculous!
And just to start naming things off!

It was a great Christmas!

Christmas Day
We got everything ready to head over to McGarys and loaded up!
Started out by getting all of the snacks together and ready to go.
In which the Ottleys arrived!
Opened all our presents (:
I got some under clothes essentials for the cold!
Muchly appreciated!
And an awesome giftcard to Hobby Lobby
I think they must have forgotten I'm not too good at math!
 Jason got his favorite game
And an ihome that we can put our iphones on and the ipad2 on!
Coolest invention ever!
And he got a video game for his new xbox360!
Jason and I decided to give a little something extra this year.
Yes, we drew names and we got the present for them!
But we decided that we'd give the parents a lil something!
Decided to give Curtis the Kindle Fire
and Julie a Paula Dean kitchen pots and pans set!
And we couldn't resist getting Gav some Cars stuff(:

We all sat down for food and man was it good!
Prime rib!
You never can go wrong!
Huge feast of delicious food. We were all stuffed.
Played with our new toys for a bit then did Gingerbread houses!!
I think we won the cutest category!
We were lucky enough to get to help Katelyn make her house!

Aren't we cute!!
After we cleaned up that huge mess it was time for the big kids to go to work!
Blaine was headed to the airport as well to take off for Stephen's wedding this week. But we were off in a flash!
I love Christmas! This year was amazing.
Better than any other(:

Fun Filled Day!

Yesterday consisted of work, food and fun!
I got the lucky chance to get up at 7am to be to work at 8am.
We finally got done with our flight at 11am.
So I raced home and threw on some decent looking clothes and Jason and I
headed to lunch at Olive Garden with the parents!
Aunt Terri was even in town so we "drug" her along too!
It was great to see her! We talked about the McGary family Christmas Party coming up!
Besides the salty water, and the power going out, it was delicious.
After lunch we headed on a road trip to "E-Burg" as everyone but me likes to call it I guess,
Jason and I got in a discussion how, why is it "e-burg" and not Ellensburg.
I mean come on, I didn't walk around and say, "Yay! R-Burg!!" When I lived in Rexburg!
Just seems weird to me!
Anyways, it was a lovely ride jammin' out to our favorite songs!
Went and did the highlight of our trip at the Kittikas County Courthouse
and headed back on the road when we saw a Yamaha Store.
Oh the toys!
Jason loved it!
After we left that great place we headed down the road and the Chevy Dealership caught his eye!
So we stopped and looked  at the dream...
After we drooled a little bit we headed on our merry little way.
Jason surprised me by taking a quick stop at

MINERS
And let me tell you!
About the word
DELICIOUS!
Grabbed our food and raced back to Tri-Cities for us to both go back to work!
Yay us! It was a fun filled day!
Thanks to everyone who participated!
